Zac Aynsley: Biceps & Triceps Workout

Zac Aynsley is a rising fitness model who was born on July 2nd, 1994 in Morpeth, Northumberland, England. He stands 6’0 at 190 lbs. The young athlete is clever at motivating himself and his fans. He writes on his Facebook page: "For everyone who's saying it's impossible for them to put on size because of their genetics - Trust me, it's possible. And vice versa for being over weight and not being to lose it. The harder you work, the more time you put in, the better those results are going to be! Stop making freakin' excuses. Get in the gym! Train harder than ever before and eat well!"
