Dominick Nicolai: Beating The Best Of The Best

Image:https://www.instagram.com/dominicolai This man is an US Marine and thoroughly fit. Dominick Nicolai began to exercise at an early age. He remembers his childhood: "Growing up I was always told I had a muscular body and physique for my age. This really motivated me even more to want to better my Body. So at the age of five I got into gymnastics. This definitely played a big role in advancing my physique." At the age of 14 his parents finally allowed him to get a membership to the local gym. Dominick: "For the first four to six months I really didn't know to much of what I was doing but over time, with watching countless YouTube fitness videos and looking in tons of fitness magazines I finally had somewhat of an idea of what the "fitness world" was all about." Dominick Nicolai: Back Attack

The back is one of the hardest body parts to train, next to legs. Most people have a hard time contracting the back when they first start working out. As the back can't be seen when you look in the mirror, its very hard to focus on when training it. Dominick Nicolai: Young Winner

His ripped physique wins a stream of awards. 19 year old Dominick Nicolai is Fit Media Channel's 'Body of 2016'. The youngster from Folsom California who also serves in the Marines Reserve, became the youngest ever WBFF Fitness Model Pro in 2014. He then decided to take two years off to add size and perfect all the details of his physique, and in 2016 he will step back on stage to compete at WBFF Worlds. The title 'Body of the Year' is awarded annually by Fit Media Channel to the athlete who we believe will make the most impact on the fitness world in the following 12 months. Previous winners include Logan Franklin, Ryan Terry, Roger Snipes, Jamie Alderton and James Alexander Ellis. Dominck is the youngest ever athlete to take the title.
