Ryan Terry: Best Ever Shape

It's the dream of every fitness model to appear on a magazine cover, but it takes a flawless physique to actually make it. To get into cover model shape takes weeks of training and diet. It's all about conditioning on the day. IFBB Men's Physique Pro Ryan Terry turns up for a shoot with IronMan Magazine in his best ever shape. Photographed for the cover and doing exercise demonstrations for his amazing abs, Ryan is seen at the legendary MetroFlex Gym in Long Beach, California, being shot by top photographer, Binais Begovic and his team. Dominick Nicolai: Back Attack

The back is one of the hardest body parts to train, next to legs. Most people have a hard time contracting the back when they first start working out. As the back can't be seen when you look in the mirror, its very hard to focus on when training it. He assures that his transformation is natural. Steve Kris is a bodybuilder from Austria who has built a ripped physique. He is born on May 20th, 1992, and stands 6'0 at 198lbs. In this video he demonstrates his arm workout and performs barbell curls, dumbbell curls, overhead dumbbell triceps extensions, and triceps pushdowns. Steve Kris is admired most for his sculpted biceps. In this video he shows how he works them performing a super set with barbell curls and hammer curls. Abel Albonetti: A Complete Physique

At 19, he had already built such an impressive physique that other members of the gym were asking him for training advice. Abel Albonetti is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Model from Northwest Mississippi. When he’s not traveling to photo shoots across the country, he can be found in his local gym keeping his body in peak condition. Albonetti started training at home on a small weight bench when he was 15 years old. He never had the chance to play football, basketball, or baseball like his friends in public school, because he was homeschooled his entire life. Luke Hayes: Training Changed His Life

Every cloud has a silver lining. Luke Hayes (height: 180cm - 5'11", weight 84kg - 185lbs) is sure that his knee injury lead him to fitness modeling. On his website LukeHayesFitness.co.uk he tells: "I have been playing sports since a very young age starting with football and athletics (100m and 200m). After reaching as far as I could in football I moved to rugby after being spotted for my physical attributes. From playing these physical sports I started training in my garage with just a barbell and a set of weights at the age of 13. From doing 4 simple exercises I managed to achieve a good athletic physique by the age of 15.
