The back is one of the hardest body parts to train, next to legs. Most people have a hard time contracting the back when they first start working out. As the back can't be seen when you look in the mirror, its very hard to focus on when training it. In this video 19 year old physique competitor Dominique Nicolai teaches how to turn a lank back into wide thick wings of muscle.
